Private events are considered based on schedule and staff availability. If your date is available and we have people available to work, then we charge $500 non-refundable truck fee to have the truck available for 2-hours. On the day of the event, we charge a’la carte per person with a 25 person minimum to your credit card on file. For example, truck fee with 100 person sundae bar costs about $1000.
If this is out of your price range, then have your party at Veteran Acers Park in Crystal Lake. They have picnic shelters and we have the truck there on Fridays and Saturdays. We also work many outdoor concerts. Check the schedule to see if any work for your group and preorder a party package.
